Health Strong Woman event slated
Centegra Health System is sponsoring the annual event, now in its fourth year. It will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 18 at the Holiday Inn at Route 31 and Three Oaks Road. The event provides women of all ages a day to take time for themselves in honor of healthier lifestyles, according to a Centegra news release.
Those attending can take advantage of free health screenings, including HeartAware, a cardiovascular screening that also is available online free by visiting centegra.org, as well as Body Mass Index testing, diabetes screenings, blood pressure testing, advice on how to be a friend to someone with cancer, and bone-density screenings.
